"Servant leader relentlessly pursuing the lost and broken"

Tyler is teacher, life coach, mentor, and proud husband to his wife Jen.  He is also a combat veteran who served in the United States Air Force. Tyler has been clean for nine years and is instrumental in helping others find hope in Christ so they can walk in their true destiny. He brings a supernatural amount of energy and love to the team. Over the years, Tyler has established a broad range of networks in the Greater Cincinnati area that are dedicated to seeing people heal and recover. God has used Tyler as a vessel to build strong relationships with organizations such as: the Hamilton County Courts, Cincinnati Police Department, the Justice Center, Greater Cincinnati Recovery Resource Collaborative, local churches, and various treatment centers and Non-Profits.

Equipped with a vibrant and diverse amount of life experience, Tyler is able to easily connect with those that seem far from reach. He works daily to help men coming out of incarceration or addiction find a new way of living and goes to nearly any length to make sure the newcomer has an opportunity to seek the life of freedom they desire. Tyler continually works with local agencies to gain traction and support for the LIT mission. He also serves as a pillar for the discipleship groups, thus helping our team members become spiritually fit.
